I think these are thistles, not sure. Unfortunately the bees are attracted to them but being near the beach, they have lots of sand in them. The bees arrive to do their thing and get caught up in the sand and die.

I think these are thistles, not sure. Unfortunately the bees are attracted to them but being near the beach, they have lots of sand in them. The bees arrive to do their thing and get caught up in the sand and die.
