dining room 1968

I just found this Better Homes and Gardens decorating book from 1968. This dining room reminds me of ours from the 70's. We had similar black and gold wallpaper that was flocked. The rest of our room had accents of red rather than orange as here. We also had flocked wallpaper in our bathroom, that was a bamboo pattern.

This image comes from a photo album that I collected 20 years ago when I worked at an auction house.  Most of the photos date from around 1906-1910.  There are several humorous photos imcluding this one where the men are dressed as women and the women as men.
