napoleon
This is Napoleon's tomb at Les Invalides. I'm not sure if I visited here on my previous trip in 1983 but I'm glad that I went this time, it is a fascinating place. Napoleon died in 1821 but didn't arrive in this prominent location under the dome until 1861.

ah, Paris!
A glimpse of a fantastic museum in Paris. The Musée D'Orsay is housed in an old train station and showcases an amazing Impressionist collection.
